Refund Policy

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy, giving you a full month from the receipt of your item to initiate a return. For a return to be eligible, items must be in their original, unused and saleable condition, complete with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for used tools. To begin the return process, reach out to us at info@osmo.ca, and upon acceptance, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for the return shipment. It's important to request a return before sending items back, as unrequested returns are not accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The actual cost of the return shipping label, usually around $15, is deducted from the refund. A 10% restocking fee also applies.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and immediately report any defects, damages, or discrepancies, allowing us to promptly address and rectify any issues. Note that certain items, including perishable goods, custom orders, personal care products, hazardous materials, and sale items, are not eligible for return.

For those looking to exchange an item, simply return the original and make a separate purchase for the new item. Following the inspection of your return, we'll inform you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the goods back in saleable condition. Your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
